The system is divided into different modules and each of these modules contain information and solutions to the problems faced by the farmers on that aspect. Different components of the system are:

1. Varieties
2. Cassava protector
3. Nutrient management system
4. Online market
5. Machineries
6. Agro advisory
7. Literatures

1. Varieties
This module contain detailed description of cassava varieties. Nineteen different varieties of cassava are described here.

2. Cassava protector
This module contain three parts
a. Diseases of cassava: Under this section a detailed description of all the diseases commonly found in cassava are available.
b. Pests of cassava: Under this section a detailed description of all the pests commonly found in cassava are available.
c. Diagnostics: The section helps to diagnose pest, disease and nutrient deficiency problems affecting cassava. Data on weather, soil, and management aspects of the crop are the inputs required. From the user's response to the various questions regarding the symptoms as well as from the selection of the displayed pictures of the symptoms, the system will arrive at a conclusion regarding the problem encountered. This conclusion will be further refined after giving due weightage to the crop and weather conditions. If the client want further clarity, the questions as well as photoes of the symptoms can be posted to the experts through this module so that they get expert advice in their mail within a short period.  From the response of the users the system itself learns about pest, disease and nutrient deficiency management and its conclusions become more accurate over a long period.

3.Nutrient management system
 The module contains two parts
a. Fertilizer recommendations: Using this facility farmer can get fertilizer recommendation for their crop based on the levels of organic carbon, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc of their soil. Recommendations for getting average yield as well as for a getting a targeted yield based on site specific nutrient management area available in this module.
b. Nutrient deficiency problems: This section contains description of various nutrient deficiency problems found in cassava. Problems due to deficiency of Boron, Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Magnesium, Manganese, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulphur and Zinc are described here with pictures of the symptoms.

 4. Online market
It is a virtual meeting place of buyers and sellers of cassava and cassava products. Through this forum they can interact with each other and decide upon the sale of their products. Anybody can register in this market to get market updates in their mobile/mail. All the registered users of this portal receive the information about the new members as well as about any postings by the buyers or sellers in their Email and as an SMS in their mobile.

6. Agro advisory
 The module contains three parts
a. Potential yield: This module gives information on maximum yield that can be obtained from cassava in different places of India by plating the crop in a given month. This data is calculated by the cassava growth simulation model SIMCAS
b. Nutrient recommendation: From this module user can get fertilizer recommendation in split doses for achieving a specific targeted yield of a location by planting in a given month. This calculation is also done by the cassava growth simulation model SIMCAS
b. Best planting time: This module gives information on best planting
time of cassava in a location to get maximum tuber yield. This calculation is also done by the cassava growth simulation model SIMCAS
